Since each order is handmade to order, I will not be accepting returns or refunds on any products except where required by law. However, if you receive your order with major damage, please contact me within 3 business days of order receipt and provide photos and detailed descriptions so I know how best to help you. 

Note: since each item is handmade, minor imperfections are possible and are not seen as damage. Those could include minor imperfections in the vinyl or laminate, slightly uneven overhang, or minor color discrepancies in prints. Major damage would include major page tearing, detached cover, or extreme warping.
